LOCATION: VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA

This Pelagic 36 Tri-Cabin is a sea worthy West Coast trawler designed and built in BC with a solid fiberglass hull.  She has been owned and lovingly maintained by the same family for the past ten years, and has been boat house kept for the past three.  She shows well and is mechanically sound, is well outfitted and ready for her new owners to head off on adventures.

She was repowered with a new, single screw 139 HP diesel in 1996, and is fitted with the same rugged engine, drive shaft and 24 inch, four bladed prop used in the fishing industry, and is very economical to run at 7 kts.

Inside, she offers two staterooms with two heads, a spacious salon and galley with dinette, and an interior helm station.

Outside, she has a large flybridge with upper helm station, full dodger and bimini, and a cascading floor plan giving four distinct deck levels ending on the swim platform.

Recent upgrades include replacing the entire black water system in 2018, and installing a fresh water VacuFlush toilet system, all new lines and new holding tank resulting in a convenient, easy to use and odour free system.  All four original thru hulls related to the original heads were permanently sealed.
