This is a rare opportunity to own a bluewater capable, coastal cruising sloop that was designed by famed Vancouver Island ship builder - Lee Holland. This custom sailboat's design is incredible, as Lee developed his boats to be sea worthy for any passage.

Some key bluewater features include the stainless steel shaft enforced bow - stem to keel. The 8000 lb lead fin keel will keep your performance and directional stability high, and you also have a beautiful, fixed oak dodger with UV protective glass.

Along with these offshore advantages, this boat is great for cruising between anchorages while you live aboard. The cockpit is comfortable and has brand new cushions for the benches and captain‘s chair. There is a brand new windlass that been used 5 times with new chain rode. The salon and galley offer ample headroom and the large UV protective portholes give you tons of natural light. The current owner has upgraded the floors from carpet to wood grained linoleum and added a larger fridge at eye level. The oak interior is well cared for and shows extremely well. Finally, the design is perfect for a couple or a small family to sail offshore or to coastal cruise.

This sailboat is priced to sell and is turn-key for the next owner.
