Near completion is this 51’ Custom Built Sloop of cold molded construction by designer Mike Pongracic of Northwest Delta Yacht Services. Owner has taken ill and this vessel needs a forever home with an individual with the passion and drive to complete her to its glory. Just launched into the water in 2022 after extensive work. Great feel good story with the sale of this soon to be beauty, as the owner is wanting to donate half the proceeds of the yacht sale to the Children's Hospital in Vancouver.  

Layout has cable locker & head compartment forward with deck hatch above. Forward cabin with double berth port side & locker with desk to starboard side. Moving aft, locker & settee are starboard side with dinette to port. Galley is aft port side with companionway port aft leading to aft cabin. Main engine is below cabin entrance with access from either side. Companionway to starboard side leads to aft to head compartment with shower. Vessel finish is painted blue Awlgrip including cabin top & decks.
