ACCOMODATIONS:

Factory finished interior layout. Anchor chain and rode most forward, next aft is forward stateroom with V birth, storage under V bunks, four high drawers for clothing or equipment. Next aft enclosed head to starboard and wet locker to port. Main salon with U configured settee to starboard. Cushions new in 2009. Refrigerator/Freezer under settee bench. Settee table folds down to double berth. To port gimballed two burner LP propane cooker beside fed from two 5 lb. propane tanks mounted in teak box on forward deck(installed in accordance with ABYC Standards) SS sink. Navigation station to port side with single 7 ft. Bunk. Teak companionway steps and teak cabinet doors to engine room. CO2 Fire extinguisher 2 Type to enter text port installed with CO2 extinguisher at nav. station. Engine is located below the removable cockpit floor, so full access to engine provided. Teak and Holly cabin sole with four panels giving full access to bilge. Eight bronze ports with screen. All functional to provide good air circulation.

DECK AND HULL:

Dodger cover refurbished by Genco Maine in 2017. Vessels topside and hull painted with Awlgrip 1999. Stainless Steel Bowsprit and teak platform install 1999. Refinished in 2107. Stainless steel boom kin with pulpit and hoop over tiller. Stainless steel booms gallows with teak. Teak Main sliding hatch. Some refinishing in 2017. Teak forward hatch with plexiglass centre. Teak stripped and refinishing on going. Epoxy barrier coating applied to bottom of vessel below waterline.

PLUMBING:

Hot and cold pressure water to galley and head. 2.5 gallon hot water heated by either engine heat exchanger or shore power. Cartridge type water filter at new auto pump outlet. Pressure tank new 207. Groco bronze seacocks with rubber cones, all operational and seal well. 5 Bilge pumps-electrical RULE 50 gph wired to auto switch. RULE 1500 gph wired to manual switch, RULE 3700 gph wired to auto switch (fail safe for off shore sailing), manual Whale Gusher 10 hand pump, plus engine driven bilge pump.

ELECTRICAL:

Shore power system is 120 volt, 30 amp. Feed,4 circuit distribution panel. Battery charger 12 volt system new in 2009. Very functional. 2 new house batteries 6 volt(350A) and 1 new cranking battery(600A). State of charge on analog panel gauge. 12 volt wiring and 18 circuit switch indicator panel located at nav. Station. The 12 volt system is isolated from the lightening and radar antenna ground plate. The positive feed is thru a single post terminal and all grounds are run thru a ground buss tied to the negative battery terminal.Engine ground is for starting and alternator current only. Low current (.02 amp) LEDS located at the nav station are used to indicate any live circuits. TWO 15 watt solar panels mounted on top surface of teak propane box. Lighting ground system connecting stanchions, mast and standing rigging to the Dynaplate. System includes mast head dissipater. GFI outlets installed, all downstream outlets protected(2015)

WASTE HANDLING:

System includes macerator, large shellproof aluminum custom-built holding tank (40 Gal.) with electric gauge PAR 29 series converted to electrical flush head PR 29100 kit. Manual parts conversion parts available.

MAST AND RIGGING:

Lefiell mast and boom 1999. Standing rigging 9/32” 1x19 ss Norseman terminals (1999). Running rigging (2004) with internal halyards. All lines run back to cockpit. Single line reefing system.New boom vang. Spectra running back stays with Gerhauer 6:1 purchase, new 2004. Full batten main,(spare main), 2 Type to enter text Double reefing system to cockpit. Profurl roller furling Yankee, Profurl roller furling staysail. Working sails are in excellent condition and have been cleaned and service 3 years ago. New main halyard. New Stay and Yankee halyards. Three summers of gentle sailing.

GROUND TACKLE:

Two anchors: 1 35# CQR plow anchor on 25-ft. 5/16” chain and 400 ft. 1/2 “ 3-strand twisted nylon and 1 Fortress on 50-ft. Chain and 300-ft. Line. Manual anchor windlass(rebuilt 2010)

EXTRAS:

Cap horn self-steering wind vane.(works like a charm). New winter cover 2017 Genco Marine mast up, winter cover Topshop (2009) mast down. Inflatable dingy new 2010. (Aquasene). Custom built cradle. Stainless steel boarding ladder. Yanmar oil filters and fuel filters. Dorade boxes refinished 2017. Safety flares. Fire extinguishers. Other spare parts and equipment. Boat surveyed in 2015 and all required work was completed before it been insured. #of year of gentle sailing.
